Fit Kids Summer Camp combines physical activity games, rock wall challenges, sports, and resistance training with an emphasis on health education and is specifically designed for kids between the ages 6 to 12 yrs. This is an excellent Summer Camp that promotes confidence, healthy living and fitness in a fun and positive atmosphere.
Our Fit Kids Summer Camp is designed for kids regardless of their current interest or participation in fitness and sports. Kids who have no interest will see amazing results that will keep them fit and healthy, while athletes will recognize improvements in their sports performance.
